The Shields Township Supervisor's Office Purpose: The purpose of Shields Township is to serve the local interests and concerns of its residents.
Employees: The Shields Township Supervisor’s office consists of three full-time employees.
Record Request: The Shields Township Supervisor’s office designates Kathy French and Arona Landsman as the FOIA Officers. Requests for records shall be made in writing to either of the two aforementioned persons at 906 Muir Ave., Lake Bluff, IL 60044. Please complete the FOIA Request Form (available by clicking here or at the Shields Township Assessor’s Office). Pursuant to 5ILCS 140/3.1, the requestor must state whether the requested documents will be used for a commercial purpose. The requestor will be notified as soon as the documents are available for inspection and / or copying.
Copy Fees:
- First 50 pages are free (black and white)
- 25 cents per page thereafter (black and white)
- 30 cents per page (color)
